Fraud and Cover up by the
Rt. Hon. Lord Mandelson, Secretary of State
By way of the letter from Miss K.A. Shrimplin, BERR,
after extensive criminal investigations into my bankruptcy
and its administration can find no evidence of fraud
on my part, after their making of very serious allegations
that I was in breach of section 360, Insolvency Act
1986, therefore in breach of section 17, Theft Act
1986.
This is in effect the admission
by the BERR that fraud has taken place against my person
and family, by H.M. Queen Elizabeth II, Her Judiciary,
Government and Police Force, by way of the fraudulent
applications made by both the Petitioners, Cripps Harries
Hall and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The letter, on spurious
grounds, as all documents and persons are still available,
that due to lapse of time, no prosecution could be
mounted, is nothing more than a “cover up”.
PricewaterhouseCoopers were taking money from my
estate up to 2007 from what they knew to be a fraudulent
bankruptcy.
