Delivered
by Hand
Attn. Superintendent Fowler. D.T.I.
R. McPhilemy. D.C.I. Blaker. Wealden District Commander.
Further
to my previous correspondence outlining the fact that “knowingly” uttering false Affidavits
in contravention of the Solicitors Act 1974 to pervert
the course of justice to gain advantage by deception is
a “criminal offence”, and furthermore, the
aiding and abetting the aforesaid conduct, is likewise
a criminal offence, I make further “formal complaint”.
Formal Complaint.
Formal complaint is hereby made that the listed persons
have, and have sought and succeeded to gain advantage from:-
1. “The unlawful procurement of Sussex Police
to aid and abet and assist crime against my person, inter
alia, the armed possession of Summersales Farm, buildings,
associated land and chattels, tools vehicles etc and the
wanton and cynical destruction of my home, chattels and
my children’s toys and memorabilia as per video evidence
held by my solicitors .”
I hereby list the various crimes committed by the undermentioned
persons:-
Crimes against my person,
John Hoath and sons William & Edward
Hoath
Fraud by way of false Affidavits (perjury)
Gaining advantage and pecuniary advantage by deception
Perverting the course of justice
Making threats to kill
My declaration to Sussex
Police, after my many requests for police help and
protection, that it was my intention to recover my
stolen property from the various individuals, placed
Sussex Police in very serious untenable position. It
would effectively bring to light the involvement of
Sussex Police in serious fraud and charges of “masonic
influence” within the force.
Consequently, Sussex Police charged me with, inter alia,
cultivating and supplying cannabis, which Detective Fuller
admitted, he had no evidence of, except that I had gone
to the property to recover the stolen goods which Sussex
Police refused to do, and as such, I was there.
On that fact alone, acting
in the knowledge that Mr. Leachman had threatened myself,
and children with violence and my sister, Mrs. Wise,
to burn her house down and Sussex Police “refused” to give us the protection
of the law after receiving our many requests to do so.
Sussex Police mounted a malicious prosecution against
my person, and succeeded in gaining my conviction to “cover
up” their involvement in the various crimes against
our persons, such as the malicious assault and battery
of my person and robbery of my notice advertising the
fraud by solicitors Cripps Harries Hall, 30th March 1994.
