An
introduction to the matter of Corruption
In The Crown. J M E Hoath.
Sussex Police.
Sussex Police have at all times
supported crime against my person, inter alia as follows:
1). On
the 30th March 1994, stood
by, having first been informed by senior partner of Cripps
Harries Hall, Christopher Hall, that it was their intention
on the 30th March 1994 to enter Summersales Farm, without
warrant, and remove my notice that advertised their fraud
and fraudulent bankruptcy proceedings to the general public,
against my person and children, and in so doing, occasioned
assault and battery to my person, thus occasioning a robbery
of my notice. Both Sussex Police and the Crown Prosecution
Service declined to prosecute this criminal conduct by
the solicitors on the grounds of not being in the public
interest.
It was evident by this fact
that both Sussex Police and the Crown Prosecution Service
are subject to the influence of Christopher Hall who
is a high ranking “Freemason”.
2). On
the 12th July 2001,
entered Summersales Farm with fully armed police officers
threatening forceful means if any resistance was shown,
placing all persons in fear of their lives, acting on
what they had full knowledge of, was a fraudulently obtained
Eviction Order by PricewaterhouseCoopers, thus were “again, as they did on the 30th March 1994” aiding,
abetting and assisting crime against my person and children.
3). On
the 13th September 2002, did again enter Summersales Farm, acting on a further
fraudulently obtained Eviction Notice and did aid, abet
and assists PricewaterhouseCoopers and Mr. Winston Leachman
in the wanton and cynical destruction of Summersales
Farm and theft of goods and furniture valued at £95,350 and further allowed Mr. Leachman to continue
with his “cannabis production” due to the fact,
as he alleges, he pays the “police
someink fund” from
his outlets or collection points, as being 49
stations and 15 football clubs, evidenced by the Statements of Police
Constable Spencer and Court Bailiff, Mr. Philip Hooker,
supported by Leachman’s own admission in his police
Interview Statement with Detective Constable Fuller.
4). Did
refuse to investigate complaints by Mr. William
Leslie Lambert Lambeth as to the use of Summersales Farm
for cannabis production. The complaints of myself and Mr.
Robert Luker as to the theft by Leachman, of goods and
property from Summersales Farm, 13th September 2002. The
general complaints made by myself by way of my correspondence
dated 2nd October and 18th October 2006. The investigation
by Sussex Police into their conduct was basically an investigation
into their own crime and not surprisingly, no evidence
was found.
