It must be noted that Detective Chief Inspector Jim Torbet was in-charge of the Drugs Squad whose officers Leachman claims to have paid and that it was Detective Chief Inspector Jim Torbet who was officer in-charge of the investigations of my complaints made by my letters dated 2nd October and 18th October 2006.

It is of no surprise to me that after all the many complaints that I have made, that Detective Chief Inspector Jim Torbet committed suicide just 12 days after I informed Buckingham Palace that it was my intention to post all documents on the Internet for general publication.

It is again no surprise that, despite there being sufficient evidence to prosecute Chief Inspector Sharon Rowe who was arrested with Detective Chief Inspector Jim Torbet on suspicion of shop lifting, the Crown Prosecution Service has decided that it would not be in the public interest to prosecute her person. “Cover up”.

This is clearly a cover-up by the Crown Prosecution Service and Sussex Police.

Members of the public are not shown such generosity by the Crown Prosecution Service and Sussex Police.

It proves beyond doubt that solicitors Cripps Harries Hall and accountants, PricewaterhouseCoopers, supported by Sussex Police, can act in a criminal manner in the name of Queen Elizabeth II, without fear of criminal prosecution, against my person and children.

5). Did, in January 2007 procure Mr. Winston Leachman to give evidence against my person, knowing that his evidence would be untrue and perjured, therefore perverted the course of justice to gain my conviction to conceal their conduct of aiding, abetting and assisting crime against my person and children.

IT CAN BE SHOWN AND PROVED THAT SUSSEX POLICE ARE A CORRUPT POLICE FORCE WHO ACT IN THE NAME OF HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II, WHO INCIDENTALLY, ACCEPTS SUCH CONDUCT.
