Statement of Court Bailif

P.C. Bold, based upon the evidence contained in the Statements of P.C. Spencer and Mr. Phillip Hooker, arrested and interviewed both Winston Leachman and Richard O’Brien which was recorded on 6 Metropolitan Police Interview Tapes.

On the instructions of Police Inspector Allum, P.C. Bold’s investigations were ceased and the police interview tapes destroyed on the grounds that no action was to be taken. Based upon those grounds, it follows that the Statements of both P.C. Spencer and Mr. Hooker would have also been destroyed, but have lived on to reinforce the allegations of corruption within Sussex Police.

It is believed that the interview tapes contained incriminating evidence against certain police officers as both Winston Leachman and Richard O’Brien openly boasted that Sussex Police would not prosecute them, and have not done so. Leachman pays the police fund.

After the eviction at Summersales Farm, 13th September 2002, both were allowed to continue their cannabis production. Statements of William Leslie Lambert Lambeth corroborates this fact. Why were they not arrested by Sussex Police? Why were they allowed to continue to keep the property they removed (theft) from Summersales Farm, Friday 13th September 2002?
