Statement of Court Bailif

Winston Leachman, during a police interview to Detective Constable Fuller, stated he collected from 49 stations and 15 football clubs. Had an income of between 2 and 3 million pounds per annum whilst acting as a legal adviser of his Registered Charity, Romford Independent Legal Advice Centre and pays the police “someink fund”.

D.C. Fuller, having full knowledge of Leachman’s involvement in cannabis production declined to investigate the lawfulness of Leachman’s statement and the “police someink fund”, preferring to call Leachman and O’Brien as police witnesses against my person.

By the evidence that was known to D.C. Fuller, it would have been clear to him that both Leachman and O’Brien would commit perjury on behalf of Sussex Police to convict my person of the offences committed by both Leachman and O’Brien.

Sussex Police have at all times shielded both Winston Leachman and Richard O’Brien. Leachman has been allowed to threaten my sister to burn her house down if I continue to report his criminal conduct to the police or Charities Commission. Leachman is known to carry a .38 revolver and sell shotguns to criminals. He has 22 convictions covering over 100 offences.
